Cancellation Policy

Because Ashlar is a small, independent motel, cancellations can affect us greatly. If for any reason you do have to cancel your booking, the following terms will aply:

Within a Month: Forfeit 25% of your deposit.
Within Two Weeks: Forfeit 50% of your deposit.
Within One Week: No refund of your deposit.

However, we do understand that changes are often unavoidable, so we do, of course, make every attempt to resell the room(s) in question and, if successful, a full refund of your deposit will be made. Please note that any damage obtained to the units during the duration of your accommodation is your responsibility and will be charged to you.
