Tariff
Room rates often vary depending on facilities required and the number of people booking.
Our standard twin tariff is between $85 and $150 per night, GST inclusive. Seasonal rates may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Because Ashlar is a small, independent motel, cancellations can affect us greatly. If for any reason you do have to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:
Within a Month: Forfeit 25% of your deposit
Within Two Weeks: Forfeit 50% of your deposit
Within One Week: No refund of your deposit
However we do understand that changes are often unavoidable so we do of course, make every attempt to re-sell the room(s) in question and if successful, a full refund of your deposit will be made.
Please note that any damage obtained to the units during the duration of your accommodation is your responsibility and will be charged to you.
